To drive viewer engagement by creating a suite of promotional banners and skins for ITV's programming. The core challenge was to translate diverse and iconic series artwork into a wide range of ad specifications without losing brand recognition or visual impact. The final assets needed to feel like a native part
of the user experience, not disruptive advertising.

I engineered a design strategy for adapting creative assets across multiple digital placements. This involved a detailed process of deconstructing, extending, and recomposing key artwork to ensure each format was visually optimised and brand-compliant.

Key strategic decisions included:

  • Creative Reconstruction: Moving beyond simple resizing, I reconstructed the original artwork to preserve brand integrity and narrative focus within the constraints of each banner and skin specification.

  • UI-Centric Integration: I designed each asset with the host website's interface as a primary consideration, ensuring the promotional content enhanced, rather than interrupted, the user journey.

  • Upholding Brand Identity: A rigorous focus was placed on maintaining the distinct visual identity of each series, leveraging audience recognition to maximise campaign effectiveness.
